Each step is designed with both the client and the candidates - absolute confidentiality is guaranteed. If desired, we can work in the first phase of the search with an anonymous profile.

We have available, in collaboration with our network partners, a large pool of professionals and executives with diverse profiles. We are also working on direct approach by industry insiders or career changers. Besides the professional qualifications, we pay particular attention to harmonize corporate culture and personality of the candidate. We assist our clients in contract drafting and also in the starting phase of the candidate. The success of a personal search is measured only after a year of collaboration. We also create the conditions to our clients. Thus we differ significantly from the typical image of "headhunters".
